RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
This return/exchange policy applies only to items purchased through www.ibuypromoproducts.com. We will accept returns/exchanges of damaged or defective goods made within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, apparel must be unwashed and unworn.
To begin your return/exchange, call or email Customer Service to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Items returned without an RA number will be refused.
To EXCHANGE Defective/Damaged Products or Goods Damaged During Shipment:
• Contact Customer Service at 1.877.585.6452 or info@ibuypromoproducts.com and make a return claim referring to your order number, item, and issue.
• Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
• A replacement item will immediately be shipped to you (at no additional charge) along with a UPS Ground return address shipping label.
• Once you receive the replacement item, write the RA number on your original packing slip and return it with the original damaged item using the UPS Ground return address shipping label (no cost for return shipping).
To RETURN Defective/Damaged Products or Goods Damaged During Shipment:
• Contact Customer Service at 1.877.585.6452 or info@ibuypromoproducts.com and make a return claim referring to your order number, item, and issue.
• Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
• We will send you a UPS Ground return address shipping label or make alternate arrangements as appropriate.
• Write the RA number on your original packing slip and return it along with the original damaged item using the UPS Ground return address shipping label (no cost for return shipping).
• Once we receive the return, we will process your refund.
